This year our cooking courses are finally under way! Teaching a wide range of skills and techniques, there will be a course to suit everyone, regardless of ability and all taught in a hands on small group size (3-4 people). Feedback so far has been phenomenal and long may it continue.

The Basics of Gluten Free & Vegan Baking£45.00. 


This course covers indulgent double chocolate brownies, 2 types of muffins (1 raspberry & almond and 1 nut free option of banana & cinnamon).
I will also demonstrate how to make a vegan buttercream frosting and salted caramel – perfect for toppings.
This course uses refined sugar to make indulgent cakes

Vegan & Gluten Free Italian Cooking Masterclass – £60.00


The Italian course is focused on healthy – easy – Italian food. It covers 2 types of vegan cheese (almond parmesan and macadamia ricotta), how to make a simple pizza base and fresh tomato sauce and also a creamy parsnip carbonara sauce which you will cook into a spiralised courgette dish.
