All hail seitan! No it’s not a cult but you may be saying this by the end of the seitan course. Seitan is becoming more and more popular for its ability to replicate meat like textures. You can infuse, marinate and cook it in almost any flavour you choose. If done incorrectly it resembles a sponge! But don’t worry that’s why we’ve designed this course! We’ll have you producing nuggets, steaks, burgers, and pulled seitan in no time.

- Mexican pulled seitan tacos, fresh pineapple salsa and coriander sour cream.
- The best herby hot dog sausages served with beer caramelised onions.
- Chipotle battered seitan pieces served with lemon zest homemade yogurt.
- Black bean seitan stir fry with steam tofu egg rice.
