A truly authentic pizza can actually be made at home fairly easily. Once you practice the techniques we teach you in this course you'll be smashing pizzas out quicker than Dominos can say 'we don't do vegan'.

Description

In this course we will help you develop the skills to make fresh dough, explain how to ferment your dough, stretch it and finish it to perfection. Typical skills and dishes you may learn are:

  • Quick, 48hr and activated charcoal fresh dough.
  • The best rich and intense pizza sauce.
  • Cultured cashew mozzarella.
  • Easy and quick carrot and potato cheese.
  • Smoked Macadamia Ricotta and vegan parma ham pizza.
  • Seitan, pesto and tomato pizza.
  • Using a pizza stone, oven settings and toppings.
