In this OFFBEET experience for four, Peter Axworthy the head chef and founder of OFFBEET will present to you a 5 course dinner like no other! Each dish set to surprise you, both in flavour and theatrics. While Peter cooks and presents each dish he will also describe how OFFBEET was founded, the vision and how our food is created.
Guests will be greeted with a prosecco cocktail on arrival. If you have upgraded your experience to include the wine pairing, you will also enjoy a taster of carefully paired wine with each course. Additional drinks are available and charged separately.
This is a private informal meal for four, cooked and served to you in our cookery school. Ample time is allowed for you to ask Peter as many questions as you like about all your dishes, OFFBEET and food.

(A celebration of rainbow carrots, grown here on Sunnyfields Farm. Star anise carrot curry, seaweed butter, toasted hazelnut, black garlic, caramelised carrot ribbons, lime pickle purple carrots.)
(Potato gnocchi, almond ricotta, summer pea soup, pea and tarragon coral tuile, smokey maple ‘bacon’ pieces, served on a mist of freshly cut grass.)
