Our all new baking and desserts course for making the ultimate vegan treats at home.

With an OFFBEET approach to baking and desserts at home, we have designed indulgent recipes that will not only blow your friends and family away but teach you invaluable techniques.

This course will teach you how to make cookie dough and change flavours to your own design, introduce you to choux pastry and raw desserts.

You will be making:

  • Giant chocolate and hazelnut cookies, served with homemade coconut milk.
  • Churros waffles coated in cinnamon sugar and drizzled with amaretto chocolate sauce.
  • Raw coconut fondants with melting raspberry centres, served with raw salted caramel.
