This course is designed to guide you gently into the world of plant based cheeses and build a foundation of knowledge before attending our fermented cheese masterclass. The cheeses you make on this course give instant results and will have your friends second guessing! Typical dishes and skills you will learn are:

  • Ultimate carrot and potato mac and cheese (Nut Free).
  • Carrot and potato cheese dip topped with sticky caramelised onions and served with GF sourdough (Nut Free).
  • Easy cream cheese with GF bagels, smoked carrot lox and pickled cucumber.
  • Camembert with rosemary and truffle oil.
  • Parmesan cheese wheel.
  • Almond Parmesan
  • Sunflower cheddar sauce

You will be able to to take home your creations and test out on friends and family who will be blown away!
