This preliminary course is designed to guide you gently into the world of plant based dairy alternatives and build a foundation of knowledge before attending our dairy alternative masterclass. We have chosen these recipes from our tried and tested dairy alternatives used in the restaurant that give realistic results.

You will learn how to make:

  • Smoked mozzarella balls (Nut free).
  • Herby almond ricotta.
  • Ale infused nacho cheese (Nut & soy free).
  • Double cream.
  • Sour cream.
  • Plant based butter.
  • Introduction to making a rejuvelac culture.

We will also teach you how to turn some of these items into stunning plates of food worthy of the OFFBEET menu. There will be plenty of left overs to take home for friends and family who will be blown away!
