If you have completed our beginners vegan baking course or already bake vegan cakes at home this baking intermediate course could be perfect for you.
In this course we progress from basic muffin and brownie recipes to polenta cakes, tiered cakes, crumbles and more advanced decorations.
Typical recipes you might be learning are:
- Orange and rosemary polenta cake with orange blossom water and plant based creme fraiche.
- Chocolate, cardamon and coffee layer cake.
- Cinnamon apple crumble cake.
