- How to make your own nut and seed milks including almond, cashew, pumpkin and chocolate hazelnut.
- Vegan cream cheese and smoked carrot ‘salmon’ lox, served with dill and capers.
- Full english including aubergine Bacon, herby seitan sausages, the best ever sweet ‘n’ smoky baked beans and tofu scramble with black Himalayan salt.
- Vegan pancake stack with dark chocolate drizzle, roasted nut crumb and fresh berries.
- Nourishing granola with dried fruit and nuts, served with homemade cashew yogurt.
