Unlike larger cookery schools, our workshops are intentionally small, personal and highly interactive. With a maximum of just two participants per session, you’ll receive plenty of one-to-one guidance, allowing you to develop new skills, ask questions and gain confidence in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Whether you’re learning to make fresh pasta, sushi, artisan chocolates or handmade dumplings, these workshops are designed to be truly hands-on. You’ll be actively involved throughout the session, preparing, shaping, cooking and creating everything yourself rather than simply watching demonstrations.

Peter has spent over 20 years working as a professional chef and restaurant owner, developing a reputation for creative, flavour-led cooking and a passion for teaching others. Each workshop combines professional techniques with practical tips that can easily be recreated at home.

 

All ingredients, equipment and refreshments are provided, and you’ll leave with recipe notes, new skills and plenty of inspiration to continue your culinary journey.
