Here are some common questions we receive.
How can I book a cookery course?
Currently the best way to book a course is to visit our courses page found at the top of our website. Here you will be presented with all the available courses. Click on any course to find out more information and available course dates and times. Once you have chosen a course, they can be purchased online with a debit / credit card or gift voucher.
I can't see any course dates available for me?
If you are unable to select a date within the course calendar it will mean the course is either full now or no further dates are planned as of yet. Don’t worry that doesn’t mean more dates won’t be released and if you send us an email to email@example.com, we can add you to the contacts list for new dates. Don’t worry we never share any of our customers information.
I have a cookery school voucher, how do I redeem it?
If you have an online gift voucher for the cookery school it can be redeemed using the code at the checkout stage. Simply choose the course you would like to enrol on, select the date and then proceed to the checkout. At the checkout screen you will see a field for redeeming vouchers. Please enter your code and click apply. Any remaining balance will be stored on our system for when you make any future purchases.
I have a cookery school voucher but it is about to expire, what can I do?
If your voucher is about to expire, don’t worry we are always happy to issue a new code to extend the validity or transfer it to a restaurant voucher to be redeemed against food and drink. Please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange this.
Can I bring a friend or family member to observe during my course?
Unfortunately due to the size of our cookery school kitchen and for health and safety reasons we do not allow anyone not enrolled on a course to enter the cookery school kitchen. If you have a friend or family member with you, they are more than welcome to sit and enjoy some food and drink in the restaurant and observe through the windows.
Can I use a restaurant voucher to book a cookery course?
We can certainly transfer your voucher to use online for our courses but we will need to take your voucher code and details to issue a new cookery school code. Please contact us at: email@example.com to do this.
Where are your courses held?
Our cookery school is located within our New Forest venue and the address is: Sunnyfields Farm, Jacobs Gutter Lane, Totton, Hants, SO40 9FX.
Do you allow dogs at OFFBEET?
We are dog friendly and even offer doggie treats, pup cakes and cookies for our four legged buddies. We just ask that they are kept on a lead and well behaved so as to not disturb other customers and their dining experiences.
Can I purchase a bespoke celebration cake?
Due to restricted resources we have made the decision to concentrate on our restaurant food and drink and currently do not offer celebration cakes. However we do have a fantastic selection of cakes including gluten free and raw.
Is there disabled access?
Our New forest venue offers large doorways, a ramp up to the venue and a disabled toilet.

Do I need to book a table?
Reserving a table is always recommended to avoid disappointment.
Do you cater for gluten free?
Yes, we do cater for gluten free, however we do use gluten ingredients. Our kitchen teams are extremely well trained and vigilant when it comes to cross contamination but when different allergens are present there is always a risk and we ask our customers to ensure they feel safe to dine with us. One of our team are always on hand to discuss our procedures and ingredients to help you make this assessment. Contrary to belief OFFBEET is not a gluten free restaurant brand but we always make sure our menus are at least 75% gluten free! First and foremost we are plant based but we also excel at gluten free.
I have a serious nut allergy, should I eat at OFFBEET?
Plant based food uses a large variety of nuts. While we take many measures to keep contamination to an absolute minimum there is still a risk. If we feel your risk is too high we reserve the right to refuse to serve you. It makes us sad to do this but your heath is our first priority. If you have a nut allergy, please contact us and speak to a member of the team prior to booking.
Do you cater for allergies?
If you have any allergies, even if they are low risk, we recommend contacting us prior to your visit so we can discuss our food and procedures with you. Also make sure you tell us when booking that you have an allergy. We always do our best to accommodate any dietary requirements but your health comes first and foremost.
