During the workshop you will:
• Learn about sushi rice preparation and seasoning
• Master the art of rolling sushi using bamboo mats
• Create traditional Hosomaki (thin rolls)
• Make Uramaki (inside-out rolls)
• Learn knife skills for cutting and presentation
• Explore fillings, flavour combinations and garnishes
• Prepare a selection of plant-based sushi to enjoy during the class
